Set the time and say why — the gym before work, a deadline, a train to catch. Type it into the alarm, or tell the sun out loud. It remembers, and in the morning it uses it against you.
Not a riddle to solve — a question to answer out loud. Mumble something vague and it asks again, more specifically.
If it is not convinced, it asks for a photo of what you claim to be doing. Then the sky turns, and it lets you go.

Open Suncall, tap the gear in the top left corner, then Will it ring? — it shows which permissions are missing and lets you fire a test alarm there and then. The three settings that catch people out are on that screen too: alarms ring at the ringer volume rather than your media volume, the side buttons can turn that volume down overnight unless you switch off Change with Buttons, and Attention Aware Features quietens an alarm when your iPhone sees you looking at it.
Yes — that is the alarm. Suncall listens for an answer and keeps going until it gets one that convinces it. The only way out without talking is if it cannot connect or hear you, in which case it offers to end the morning itself.
Suncall starts with a three-day trial. After that it is a subscription — yearly, or weekly if you would rather. The price for your country is shown in the app before anything is charged, and you can cancel at any time from your iPhone’s subscription settings.

So you can prove you are up by photographing what you are doing. It is optional — you can decline and keep talking instead, and the morning works without the camera at all.
Your mornings are kept on your iPhone, not on a server. Deleting the app removes every one of them, along with the photos and the bedtime talks.
